Kapittel 1

Treneren: befal, instruktør og rollemodell

Som trenere og instruktører skal dere veilede og instruere soldatene på en god måte. Målet er at dere skal hjelpe soldatene til å utvikle nødvendige ferdigheter og forutsetninger for å innfri kravene som tjenesten stiller. Aller helst bør dere også inspirere til livslang treningsglede!

I dette kapitlet skal vi først redegjøre for hvordan vi kan forstå trener- og instruktørrollen og hvilke virkemidler vi har for å tilrettelegge og gjennomføre trening med våre soldater. Videre skal vi se nærmere på hvordan vi utvikler ferdigheter og hva som kjennetegner gode læringsprosesser. I den siste delen ser vi på sammenhengen mellom trenings- og undervisningsprinsippene (ref. kap. 2 og 3) og hvordan dette kan stimulere til gode læringsmiljøer og optimal utvikling.
